We are actively seeking a highly energetic and results-driven Business Development professional to expand our ecosystem. This will be achieved by strategically partnering with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influential trading communities. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive "hunter" mentality, a deep understanding of the crypto exchange landscape, and exceptional negotiation skills. A passion for driving platform growth through authentic influence is crucial for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities for the BD Executive, Crypto/Web3

• Strategic KOL Onboarding: Proactively identify, negotiate with, and onboard high-impact trader KOLs and professional trading communities to significantly drive platform adoption.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain robust, long-term partnerships with signal groups and prominent crypto influencers to ensure consistent engagement and loyalty.
• End-to-End Outreach: Execute sophisticated cold outreach strategies and meticulously manage the full partnership lifecycle, from initial contact and negotiation to successful deal closure.
• Growth & Incentives: Design and implement competitive referral, rebate, and promotional initiatives specifically tailored to attract and retain top-tier trading talent.
• Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify emerging influencers and capitalize on untapped market opportunities.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Collaborate seamlessly with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to streamline the partner onboarding process and enhance the overall user experience.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on the Return on Investment (ROI) of partnership campaigns, utilizing key metrics and insights to optimize future acquisition strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Professional Experience: 2–5+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Crypto, Fintech, or Influencer Marketing.
• Industry Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of crypto trading mechanics, exchange ecosystems, and the intricate nuances of KOL dynamics within the digital asset space.
• Digital Fluency: Demonstrate an active and influential presence on core industry platforms, including X (Twitter), Telegram, and Discord, leveraging these channels for outreach and engagement.
• Negotiation Prowess: Exceptional communication skills coupled with a proven ability to navigate complex negotiations and successfully close high-value deals.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-motivated "hunter" who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and is comfortable with ambitious outreach and growth goals.
