Technical Data Analyst Role at Hypersolid

We are looking for an experienced data analyst with both the technical skills to perform advanced analytics and the strategic mindset to interpret insights and communicate clearly to clients and stakeholders. You should be prepared to take ownership of data projects and help establish a data-driven culture.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Gather, interpret, and visualize user data to inform decisions, measure impact, and optimize performance.
• Create KPI frameworks to align data with business goals.
• Design and maintain data infrastructure in collaboration with data engineers.
• Lead experimentation initiatives such as A/B testing and CRO.
• Collaborate with creative, product, marketing, development, and client stakeholders.
• Stay current with digital tools and trends in data analytics and AI.

Key Capabilities

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Business Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
• Expertise in GA4, GTM, BigQuery, SQL, and handling large data sets.
• Experience with CRO and testing tools such as VWO, Optimizely, or Google Optimize.
• Skilled in dashboard tools like Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
