About Hypemasters

Your Mission
As the Community & Support Manager, you will serve as the bridge between Hypemasters and its players. Your role involves managing support channels, nurturing Discord and social media communities, planning engaging community initiatives, and producing in-game video updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee player support across multiple channels (email, app stores, Discord, social media).
- Analyze and respond to App Store and Google Play reviews.
- Manage and grow the player community through engagement campaigns and events.
- Record and share in-game update videos and release posts.
- Drive strategic projects including Creator Program and VIP Support initiatives.
- Utilize data and AI to enhance support efficiency and personalization.
- Monitor and report on community sentiment and engagement metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate the community perspective.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in community management, player support, or communications (gaming industry preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Passion for player communities and authentic engagement.
- Ability to record in-game footage for updates (no camera required).
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Self-driven and proactive with a basic understanding of AI automation tools.
- Experience managing or growing Discord communities is an advantage.
- Familiarity with support tools like Jira and AppFollow is a plus.
