About the Role

The Solution Architect at Hypatos is a key position in driving the transformation of Global Business Services (GBS) at Fortune 500 companies. In this role, you will design and own blueprints for AI-driven solutions that orchestrate end-to-end workflows, ensure compliance with scope, budget, and timelines, and evolve with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Design & Ownership: Define project blueprint including phases, scope, budget, timeline, and safeguard against scope creep.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with Solution Consultants, COE, and Product teams to validate feasibility and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand and address customer needs, act as technical authority, and build trust with enterprise stakeholders.
  • Innovation & Enablement: Drive adoption of new technologies like Gen AI and advanced integrations, contributing to scalable solution packaging.

Your Profile

Proven experience as a Solution or Enterprise Architect in SaaS or enterprise software contexts; solid background in finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R, FP&A); expertise in system integration, Gen AI/LLM, Python, REST APIs, ERP/Finance systems and data querying; excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
