About the Role

The Aftermarket Parts Strategist at HyLogic will help clients rethink how they plan, price, and sell spare parts. This role intersects commercial strategy, supply chain planning, and digital transformation.

Example Projects You Might Lead

  • Redesign a dealer channel pricing model for a global equipment OEM.
  • Develop inventory segmentation and lifecycle strategies for service parts.
  • Define a digital marketplace and direct-to-consumer entry strategy.
  • Design AI-supported dynamic pricing logic and product recommendation models.
  • Build a service-part profitability dashboard linking planning, pricing, and sales data.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience in aftermarket parts, channel sales, or commercial planning roles.
  • Strong understanding of parts planning, pricing, and omnichannel dynamics.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications in pricing, forecasting, or recommendations.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills for executive audiences.
  • Working proficiency in English (multilingual a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement aftermarket commercial strategies across channels.
  • Translate planning and inventory insights into pricing and sales actions.
  • Design segmentation frameworks for parts lifecycle and service criticality.
  • Build channel playbooks balancing customer experience, cost-to-serve, and growth.
  • Support implementation of pricing engines, digital catalogs, and AI tools.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and IT teams for strategy alignment.
  • Present insights and recommendations to client executives clearly.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with APS/ERP tools (Kinaxis, Syncron).
  • Exposure to digital platforms (PIM/CDP, Salesforce Commerce, Shopify, Mirakl).
  • Prior consulting or cross-functional program experience.
