New Grad Program Overview
This two-year program offers a permanent position from Day 1, with training, coaching, and rotations across various roles. It is designed for new graduates from 2024 to May 2026, including those pursuing a master’s degree.
Role: New Grad Technical Specialist - Grid Technologies
The Technical Specialist will tackle complex technical challenges across IT and OT systems. The candidate will develop expertise in application lifecycle management, troubleshooting, cybersecurity, and infrastructure. Key responsibilities include collaborating with end users and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Own lifecycle of Work and Asset Management applications
- Resolve technical support incidents
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for business outcomes
- Develop skills in IT/OT including cybersecurity and networking
- Support GIS, project management, engineering drawings, and asset management applications
