New Grad Program Overview
This is a two-year permanent development program for new graduates in the Strategic Projects team, offering training, coaching, and rotational opportunities across various roles.
Role Responsibilities
- Support project controls and scheduling activities.
- Conduct site visits and document management.
- Participate in strategic planning and business case development.
- Coordinate meetings and engage with multiple stakeholders.
What We Look For
Applicants must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and strong communicators with a passion for project management, problem solving, and leadership. A background in engineering, natural sciences or related fields is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Program Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed in 2024/2025 or by May 2026; or current Master's meeting specified criteria.
- Good academic standing with transcript evidence.
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's license.
- Experience with Microsoft Office; additional project management courses or PMP in progress is an asset.
