Program Overview
The New Grad Program offers a two-year permanent position from Day 1 through Hydro One’s development program. Candidates will gain diverse experience by rotating through various roles in Capital Portfolio Delivery.
Role: Capital Portfolio Delivery, Productivity Team
New Grads will support productivity initiatives including:
- Data extraction, analysis, and visualization
- Preparation of monthly productivity reports
- Collaboration with stakeholders across project controls
- Participation in process improvement workshops
- Development of guidelines and documentation using SharePoint
What We Look For
Candidates must be new graduates with a degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or Mathematics. Proficiency in SAP (PS/IM), SharePoint, MS Office, Power BI, Power Apps, and other BI tools is required. Good academic standing and valid Ontario Class G driver's license are also necessary.
