Overview
Hydro One, Ontario's largest electricity transmission and distribution provider, invites new graduates to join its Capital Portfolio Delivery team. With over 110 years of history, Hydro One focuses on exceptional service and community safety across Ontario.
New Grad Program
This two-year program offers a permanent position from Day 1. It provides a combination of training, coaching, and role rotations within the Portfolio Reporting & Analysis team, allowing new graduates to gain experience in various business functions such as reporting, planning, accounting, audit, inventory management, data analysis, and more.
Role Responsibilities
- Engage in monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis for CAPDEL.
- Utilize financial and management systems for rate filings and business planning.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and support process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate meetings, develop guidelines, and perform resource planning.
- Provide technical support and assist in user acceptance testing.
Qualifications
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree (or be about to complete it) in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or Mathematics and meet the New Grad Program eligibility. Experience with SAP (PS/IM), SharePoint, MS Office, BI and prior co-op experience is considered an asset. Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills are essential.
