Overview

Hydro One, Ontario's largest electricity transmission and distribution provider, invites recent graduates to join its New Grad Capital Portfolio Delivery Program. This permanent, two-year program offers a combination of training, coaching, and role rotation in various business functions.

Program Details

Selected candidates will be part of Hydro One's New Grad development program, working within the Portfolio Reporting & Analysis team. Responsibilities include reporting, planning, accounting, audit, inventory management, data analysis, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis activities
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Facilitate month-end meetings and develop detailed guidelines
  • Perform data entry and analysis for resource management
  • Provide technical support for resource planning tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or Mathematics (Graduates from 2024 to May 2026)
  • Good academic standing with transcript
  • Valid Ontario Class G driver's license
  • Experience with SAP (PS/IM), SharePoint, MS Office Suite, BI tools
  • Strong reporting, analytical and communication skills

Additional Information

This role is performed on-site in Toronto. The successful candidate will receive hands-on training and be mentored to foster career growth.
