Guest Service Associate at Hyatt
Join the globally expanding Hyatt Global Care Center and support guests with their hotel reservations. This role primarily involves assisting customers residing in Japan with booking accommodations at Hyatt Group hotels worldwide, responding to general inquiries, and providing support to World of Hyatt loyalty program members. Comprehensive training, including classroom sessions and on-the-job training, is provided for all new hires, making it suitable for those without prior experience. Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with no night shifts and minimal overtime. The position also offers attractive allowances for working on national holidays and during the New Year period, as well as a language allowance for those with a TOEIC score of 800 or higher.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle reservation arrangements for Hyatt hotels around the world
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, emails and chat
- Provide support to loyalty program members
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—comprehensive training provided (classroom and on-the-job training)
- Strong communication skills in Japanese; English proficiency is a plus
- TOEIC score of 800 or higher is eligible for a language allowance
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Individuals who enjoy customer service and have a passion for travel are highly encouraged to apply
- Must possess valid working VISA in Japan
