Key Responsibilities
Manage the Guest Experience at multiple service areas including the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, TV den, guest check-in/out and meeting room services.
- Deliver exceptional customer service

Qualifications
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a hotel
- Schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Strong command of the English language
- Ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs
