Key Responsibilities

Manage the Guest Experience at multiple service areas including the Hotel Host Stand, Bakery Café, Guest Kitchen, e-room, TV den, guest check-in/out and meeting room services.

Qualifications

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a hotel

  • Ability to learn quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs
