The Opportunity

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our HWLE Hobart office. We have a friendly team culture, and our administrative support team is at the core of our success. Responsibilities of a Personal Assistant

  • Assisting Partners and other legal staff
  • Using various court / registry filing systems
  • Reporting and monthly billing using our file management system, Aderant
  • Preparation of correspondence, contracts and other documents
  • Diary management, liaising with clients, file opening and other administration tasks

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Experience with administrative support to Partners/Executives within professional services.
  • Among law student applicants, a minimum 2 years left in your studies (full-time availability is preferred but we are also considering job share among part time students).
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume environment
