Stress Testing Specialist - Counterparty Credit Risk
Huxley is seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end stress testing implementation within the Counterparty Credit Risk domain for a leading global financial institution. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in complex environments, collaborate effectively across functions, and can translate strategic business needs into actionable delivery.
You will be joining a high-impact change delivery organization that supports Financial Markets and Group Treasury. This team is instrumental in driving front-to-back transformation, strengthening risk frameworks, and enabling long-term strategic value creation in an international environment that fosters challenge, innovation, and teamwork.
Your Responsibilities
- Leading the full end-to-end delivery of the stress testing solution, covering requirements, design, testing, and implementation.
- Acting as the primary liaison between trading, sales, operations, technology teams, and other key stakeholders.
- Translating intricate business needs into clear, structured, and development-ready user stories and features.
- Facilitating seamless alignment between development squads, ensuring priorities are well-understood and effectively managed.
- Supporting critical activities such as solution design, impact assessments, release management, and user sign-offs.
- Maintaining comprehensive oversight of project progress, proactively identifying risks, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Promoting a culture of knowledge sharing, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all involved teams.
Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a proactive individual who demonstrates strong ownership, natural collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in dynamic settings. You possess excellent communication skills across all organizational levels and can maintain a strategic oversight while remaining closely involved in delivery details. Key qualifications include:
- A completed Master's degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in Financial Markets.
- Experience with stress testing programmes (advantageous).
- Familiarity with Counterparty Credit Risk (advantageous).
- Affinity with IT and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (preferred).
- Strong problem-solving skills and proven stakeholder management capability.
- The flexibility and initiative required to navigate a complex, evolving landscape.
