Join us as a Corporate Development Sr Associate and help shape the future growth of our company.
How You Will Make an Impact
- Lead financial analysis and valuation of acquisition targets.
- Develop advanced cohort-based LTV models and analyze key metrics.
- Manage due diligence processes across Legal, Financial, and Compliance teams.
- Identify, quantify, and support revenue and cost synergies.
- Translate complex financial insights into concise decision-ready materials.
Qualifications
This role is right for you if you have 3 to 5 years of experience in M&A, Corporate Development, Transaction Services, or Investment Banking. You should have hands-on experience with mid-market deals ideally in Gaming, Entertainment, or Tech. Strong financial modeling skills, due diligence experience, and the ability to communicate complex topics to senior stakeholders are essential.
What Will Surprise You
- Practical knowledge of iGaming or gaming KPIs such as GGR, NGR, FTDs, Retention, ROAS, and LTV.
- Experience in evaluating regulated markets and managing compliance risks.
- Professional certifications like CFA, ACA, ACCA, or FMVA are a plus.
- A strong perspective on long-term sustainability of player-driven businesses.
