As the Marketing Manager UK, you will lead the establishment of an annual local marketing plan based on the EU marketing strategy, tailoring initiatives to local consumer trends and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute local marketing plans and campaigns.
- Implement EU brand strategy and adapt central creative campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with central EU marketing and local sales teams.
- Manage and optimize the local marketing budget and KPIs.
- Lead and develop a high performing marketing team.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven marketing leadership in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Experience in digital marketing and trade marketing initiatives.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication with international, multicultural exposure.
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business or Marketing.
