About the Role
Husch Blackwell LLP, a full-service litigation and business law firm, is seeking a Senior Collaboration Engineer to design, develop, and deploy transformative solutions across the Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle and working with cross-functional teams to deliver intranet portals, custom applications, workflow automation, data migrations, and user-centric business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, analyze, and evaluate business systems to meet user needs.
- Gather requirements and guide end users on technology solutions.
- Recommend modifications and enhancements for web and portal applications.
- Perform maintenance, upgrades, and custom development.
- Provide technical leadership and troubleshooting for integrated applications.
- Coordinate with Systems and Applications teams on solution deployment.
- Maintain quality assurance, testing, and documentation.
- Participate in basic project management tasks and vendor meetings.
Technical Skill Requirements
- Develop enterprise-level intranet and collaboration solutions using SharePoint Online and SPFx.
- Create workflows with Power Automate, Nintex, K2, and Node.js integrations.
- Lead data migration projects to modern Microsoft 365 environments.
- Develop web components using React, Redux, JavaScript/TypeScript and integrate with SharePoint APIs.
- Architect Azure services including Web Apps, Functions, and Logic Apps.
- Build custom APIs using .NET Core, Blazor, and ASP.NET.
- Utilize Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git and other development tools.
- Apply robust understanding of network, SQL, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.
Position Requirements
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience along with a minimum of 5 years professional experience, including at least 3 years dedicated to web development and Office 365-connected solutions. Experience in legal practice/process is a plus. Strong technical skills combined with the ability to work independently and within a dynamic team environment are essential.
Compensation and Benefits
