Overview
Husch Blackwell Consulting LLP, a full-service litigation and business law firm, is seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Consultant. The role supports AI Advisory Services through client engagement, strategic planning, business strategy, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.
Client Engagement
- Participate in discovery sessions to identify client goals and success metrics.
- Gather and document client requirements for actionable project objectives.
- Provide ongoing assistance to build positive client relationships.
- Support project teams to ensure overall client satisfaction.
Presentation, Proposal, and Strategic Planning
- Contribute to AI strategic plans and governance frameworks.
- Create client-facing presentations communicating capabilities and outcomes.
- Assist in drafting tailored proposals and executive briefings.
Business Strategy
- Support development and implementation of AI strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging AI technologies.
- Assist in evaluating AI initiatives and optimization opportunities.
Project Coordination and Delivery
- Coordinate resources and track project milestones across workstreams.
- Maintain project documentation and best practices for future engagements.
- Participate in agile development and rapid prototyping activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with legal, business, and technology professionals for cohesive project delivery.
- Align client expectations and project scope across teams.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields (business, law, analytics, etc.) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years consulting, business analysis, or client engagement experience in tech, AI, or data-driven settings.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to HBC and client sites.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytic skills.
- Ability to synthesize technical information into client-friendly narratives.
Preferred Experience
- Advanced degree in business, analytics, data science, or related field.
- Experience in business intelligence, data science, or AI deployment.
- Proficiency with data analysis, visualization tools, and project management methodologies.
- Intellectual curiosity and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
Compensation And Benefits
