As an independent digital marketing agency with proprietary technology development, hurra.com™ integrates Paid Search as a core component of modern growth strategies, rather than an isolated function.
As a Strategic Lead Paid Search, you will assume the technical responsibility for our entire Paid Search division. You will develop future-proof search strategies, set content standards, and ensure that testing, learning, and continuous development are integral parts of our daily work. This role is international, remote-first, and offers true strategic scope.
Your Responsibilities
- Strategic responsibility for complex Paid Search setups and international client accounts.
- Development and continuous refinement of cross-channel Paid Search and full-funnel strategies.
- Steering and prioritization of operational measures with a clear focus on impact, scalability, and sustainability.
- Establishment and advancement of a consistent testing and learning culture in Paid Search – with clear hypotheses, regular tests, and systematic derivation of learnings.
- Ensuring that new ideas, formats, and platform features are continuously reviewed, tested, and developed.
- Strategic consultation at eye level – including sparring with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Technical responsibility for the entire SEA/Paid Search team: methods, standards, quality, and further development.
- Enablement, sparring, and professional development of colleagues in daily operations.
- Conducting pitches, client presentations, and internal knowledge sharing formats.
Your Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in Paid Search / SEA / Search Advertising.
- Strong strategic understanding of performance marketing, business goals, and digital ecosystems.
- Experience with complex account structures, automation, and modern Paid Search setups.
- Enjoy developing hypotheses, testing things, and systematically improving processes.
- Experience in strategic consulting and direct client contact.
- Structured, independent working style – even in a remote environment.
- Business fluent German language skills (C2); English skills are a plus.
