Role Overview
The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. This role ensures efficient schedule management, correspondence handling, and daily operations in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize executive calendar, meetings, and travel.
- Handle communications and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
- Create, edit, and review reports, presentations, and professional documents.
- Prepare and submit expense reports ensuring policy compliance.
- Oversee office operations and coordinate projects for efficient task delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, with advanced technical skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with online travel tools and expense reporting processes is required. Excellent organizational, prioritization, multi-tasking, and communication skills are essential.
Working Arrangement & Location
This is a hybrid role requiring candidates to be located in New York City or Washington DC.
Compensation
The base salary range is estimated between $70,000 and $80,000, with additional incentive compensation offerings and comprehensive benefits.
