About Huppée Creative Agency
Huppée creative agency is a Montreal-based marketing agency that acts as an external marketing director for Quebec SMEs. Our team of specialized collaborators works on various mandates ranging from brand strategy to operations automation, including web development and data analysis. We are small, but we move fast. And we need an organized person so that nothing slips through the cracks.Your Missions
You will be the operational right-hand person to the founder. Your role: ensure that everything we do is well documented, well followed up, and well measured.Your main responsibilities:
- CRM & contacts – Update and maintain the client database in Airtable (active clients, prospects, partners, interaction history)
- Project tracking – Document ongoing mandates in ClickUp: deliverables, deadlines, responsible parties, statuses
- Time tracking – Compile and analyze hours worked by mandate to evaluate profitability per client
- Performance indicators – Prepare simple dashboards to track agency goals (revenue, occupancy rate, profitability)
- Process documentation – Write and update internal procedures (SOPs) for recurring tasks
- General administrative support – Prepare reports, client follow-ups, contribute to improving existing tools
Your Skills
- Student in Administration and Management Techniques or equivalent training
- Proficient with digital tools (you will learn Airtable, ClickUp, Make.com – a plus if you already know them)
- Sense of organization and attention to detail
- Autonomous, curious, capable of managing multiple files simultaneously
- Good written communication in French (English is a plus)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
