Role Overview: Staff Offensive Security Engineer

This role assesses Huntress’ ability to withstand attacks from highly motivated adversaries by executing offensive security engagements. You will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing red team engagements that simulate advanced adversarial tactics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute red team engagements
  • Perform penetration tests on web applications and systems
  • Develop custom tools and scripts for threat simulation
  • Conduct social engineering campaigns to assess human vulnerabilities
  • Collaborate with the SOC and Product Security teams
  • Document findings and provide actionable remediation recommendations
  • Mentor junior team members and lead after-action reviews
