Overview

The SOC Support Specialist - West Coast Weekend Shift is an entry-level role at Huntress, acting as a liaison between partners/customers and the Security Operations Center (SOC) team. The position is remote and requires candidates to be located in the Pacific Time Zone, working Sunday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Address partner security concerns with timely responses.
  • Simplify complex SOC concepts for partner understanding.
  • Lead calls and facilitate collaboration with the SOC team.
  • Troubleshoot product issues and support related requests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Advocate for partner needs and contribute knowledge base articles.

Qualifications

  • Located in the Pacific Time Zone with availability Sunday through Thursday.
  • Passion for cybersecurity with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal skills, and calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Preferred Experience

  • MSP or Help Desk experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365/Entra.
  • Basic understanding of Networking and SIEM tooling.
