What You'll Do:

Huntress is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Managed Endpoint Security Posture Management (ESPM). In this role, you will be responsible for positioning and messaging, content creation, sales enablement, product launches, and the overall go-to-market strategy for an exciting new product addition to Huntress' industry-leading solutions and Platform.

The ideal candidate should have experience with security posture management products, be familiar with how businesses comply with industry frameworks and standards, have successfully launched new products into the market, and have a proven history of success in cybersecurity product marketing. You will need the ability to effectively collaborate across teams, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Positioning and Messaging: Develop and evolve a compelling narrative and value proposition for Huntress Managed ESPM.
  • Content and Campaigns: Build content and help design campaigns that highlight the offering’s differentiators and benefits to stand out from the competition.
  • Product Alignment: Partner with Product Management to drive the strategy around product positioning for existing capabilities and new launches. You will help plan and launch new offerings, capabilities, and releases to the market.
  • Sales Enablement: Be the subject matter expert and product evangelist. Work with the sales team to develop programs that help drive the pipeline, convert opportunities, and expand into existing accounts.
  • Demand Generation: Work with the Growth Marketing and Brand teams to hone the strategy and marketing programs that drive demand. Be proactive in identifying areas where the business may require marketing support and the effective levers to utilize.

What You Bring To The Team:

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience in cybersecurity, with specific experience in security posture management products like ESPM, ASPM, DSPM, or CSPM.
  • Experience in areas like cybersecurity compliance with industry standards, frameworks, and regulations, and asset, configuration, and vulnerability management. Bonus points if you’ve implemented compliance frameworks and understand the challenges and pain points.
  • Experience with MSP and other channel-driven go-to-market strategies or enterprise offerings is also desirable.
  • Experience with positioning and messaging, asset creation, and defining and supporting campaigns that stand out in the marketplace and resonate with prospects. We are looking for someone who isn’t afraid to push the envelope and try new things to help Huntress win new business.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and a natural collaborator. We need a high-performance self-starter who is always up for a challenge and takes ownership of their work. We’re looking for someone who can work across teams and handle the ups and downs of a rapid-growth company as we scale up.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills with an ability to break down complex concepts into understandable messaging.
  • Expertise in collaborating with design and content marketing teams to create a range of different types of content (one-pagers, website content, whitepapers, demo videos, etc.).
  • Comfortable creating and delivering presentations in a range of environments, with a talent for persuasive communication. You want to be a champion and influencer for security posture management.
  • Creativity, energy, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to put your stamp on the product and make a big difference for Huntress and the customers we serve. We are looking for someone who shares our passion for the Huntress mission.
