Role Overview
The Pigment Systems Administrator is the in-house subject matter expert on the Pigment platform. This role will design, build, maintain, and scale financial and operational models, working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Product teams.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for the Pigment platform including user access, security, and performance.
- Design, build, and maintain interconnected financial and operational models.
- Configure and manage data integrations from systems such as CRM, HRIS, and General Ledger.
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for executive leadership and department heads.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements and improve planning processes.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the Pigment environment.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with designing and administering Pigment based solutions.
- Expertise in multidimensional modeling, data integration, and dashboard creation.
- Strong understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

- Pigment certifications and experience with other EPM/BPM tools.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, or business intelligence tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or other data manipulation languages.
