About the Role
The Administration Officer - DACS Intake provides efficient and effective administrative support within the Drug & Alcohol Clinical Services Intake Team at the James Fletcher Hospital in Newcastle. You will process referrals, update patient information, assist with procurement and HealthRoster tasks, respond to medico-legal requests, and support the DACS Administration as needed.
Where You'll Be Working
You will be based in a small, dynamic, and supportive team environment at the James Fletcher Campus, Newcastle. The service operates Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (excluding public holidays).
About You
You are a motivated team player with strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and a confident user of computer systems. Experience in a health or clinical setting is desirable, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key.
