SRE Team Lead - Trading
My client, an elite FinTech firm, is seeking an experienced SRE Team Lead to join their dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of Site Reliability Engineers based in the Americas, contributing to critical trading infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of SREs in the Americas.
- Provide hands-on, escalated technical support alongside the team.
- Oversee and improve SRE best practices within the organization.
- Manage and optimize critical trading systems.
- Drive initiatives in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Technologies & Skills:
- Strong background in SRE principles and practices.
- Proven leadership or readiness to step into a leadership role.
- Experience with Linux environments.
- Proficiency in configuration management tools such as Chef, Puppet, or Ansible.
