Job Overview

The Network Engineer at Hunter Bond will join a global team managing the network stack for an elite Quant Fund. This role offers an unparalleled technical learning curve and exposure to advanced network technologies.

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Design, implement and troubleshoot multicast networks (PIM, RP, MSDP, IGMP, SSM).
  • Utilize monitoring tools like Lanz, Sflow, Kibana, and Prometheus.
  • Experience with VOiP is a plus.
  • Hands-on skills with Python or Ansible.
  • CCIE certification is preferred.

Work Environment

This position is based in New York with a hybrid/remote arrangement (3-4 days onsite) and is part of a globally distributed engineering team.
