Role Overview

In this role, you will engage with existing customers primarily through warm calling and occasionally cold calling. Your focus is to build strong relationships, book services, and generate additional revenue through upselling and cross-selling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to existing customers and new prospects when needed.
  • Present and explain services in clear, professional English.
  • Upsell additional services and product add-ons consultatively.
  • Identify customer needs and match them with suitable solutions.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM/system.
  • Represent the company in a friendly, professional manner.
  • Handle objections confidently and convert them into opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve call strategies.
  • Meet or exceed set targets for bookings, upsells, and conversions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • Experience in outbound calling, telesales or customer service.
  • Strong sales, persuasion, and objection handling skills.

Work Arrangement & Expectations

This remote role is engaged as an Independent Contractor. While you have flexibility, you are expected to be available for meetings during core AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM) and disclose any other commitments.
