Role: Fractional Technical Product Specialist at Humiint

This role is ideal for former engineers, solutions consultants, or technical account managers who want to solve the hardest implementation and adoption challenges for multiple innovative companies on a part-time, project-based, or retainer basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Demos: Delivering high-level product demonstrations to prospective clients that go far beyond the standard sales script to address specific architectural needs.
- Implementation Support: Guiding new customers through the technical setup, configuration, and integration of the product into their existing stack.
- Documentation: Creating robust technical guides, API references, and developer portals to encourage self-service and adoption.
- Escalation Management: Acting as the final line of defense for complex support tickets that require code-level analysis or database querying.
- Feature Validation: Collaborating with engineering to test new releases in real-world scenarios before they reach the general user base.
- Internal Training: Upskilling sales and success teams on the technical nuances of the product so they can sell and support it more effectively.
- Feedback Loop: Translating raw technical feedback from customers into structured requirements for the product development team.
- POC Management: Overseeing Proof of Concept trials for enterprise clients to ensure technical success criteria are met.
Required Qualities
- Proven Experience: Background in Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or Product Management within technical sectors.
- Technical Literacy: The ability to read code, understand data structures, and query databases to diagnose issues.
- Communication: Exceptional skill in translating complex technical mechanisms into clear business value for executives.
