About the Role

At Humiint, our Fractional IT Specialist partners with fast-scaling companies to ensure their tech systems grow seamlessly. You will provide hands-on, reliable, and high-quality IT support for a variety of operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day IT operations and troubleshoot user issues.
  • Set up and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
  • Support SaaS tools and workspace environments like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Lead onboarding/offboarding processes including device setup and access management.
  • Implement security policies such as MFA and endpoint protection.
  • Manage vendors, licenses, and IT asset inventories.
  • Support helpdesk functions and internal ticket workflows.
  • Advise on IT infrastructure upgrades, integrations, or migrations.

Required Qualities

  • Experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure management.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based tools and remote work setups.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for both Mac and Windows environments.
  • Knowledge of identity/access management tools like Okta or JumpCloud.
  • Proficiency in setting up secure networks and IT automation workflows.
  • Clear communication and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Freelance, consulting, or fractional IT support experience is a plus.
