Key Responsibilities May Include:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive human resources strategy aligned with overall business goals, values, and future organizational needs.
- Building and enhancing company culture, employee engagement, and retention initiatives to create a positive and productive work environment.
- Overseeing all aspects of the talent lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.
- Leading organizational development efforts, including change management, restructuring, and leadership development programs.
- Ensuring HR compliance, managing employee relations, and fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.
- Leveraging HR technology and analytics to improve decision-making and operational efficiency within the HR function.
- Coaching and mentoring internal HR teams and providing strategic guidance to leadership on all people-related matters.
- Acting as an executive thought partner to founders or CEOs on critical talent strategies, organizational design, and workforce planning.
Key Requirements May Include:
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership, Chief People Officer, or executive consulting role.
- Track record of successfully designing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that directly impact business outcomes and employee experience.
- Deep expertise in culture building, talent management, compensation and benefits, organizational development, and HR compliance.
- Strong understanding of HR technology platforms and data-driven approaches to people management.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional leadership abilities, comfortable engaging with the C-suite and boards.
- Empathetic leader with a strategic, proactive, and results-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience as a fractional, interim, or consulting executive is a strong plus.
