Fractional Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key responsibilities may include:
- Leading financial strategy, forecasting, and capital planning at a senior executive level

- Managing cross-border tax, treasury, and cash flow strategies for international operations
- Collaborating with CEOs, Boards, and executive teams to align finance with growth objectives
- Implementing scalable financial processes, systems, and operational frameworks
- Providing leadership during periods of transformation, scaling, or financial restructuring
Key qualifications may include:
- Proven financial leadership experience, including serving as CFO or senior finance executive
- Expertise in strategic planning, financial modeling, fundraising, and corporate governance
- Strong background in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, manufacturing, or other high-growth sectors is a plus
- Proven ability to work with leadership teams, boards, investors, and stakeholders
- Hands-on experience managing global finance, risk, compliance, and operational efficiencies
- CPA, CFA, MBA, or similar advanced financial certifications are highly valued
- Comfortable operating in flexible, remote, or evolving environments
