Fractional Account Manager at Humiint

Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day communication and relationships with assigned clients
- Acting as the primary point of contact for client needs, questions, and feedback
- Coordinating internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services or projects
- Supporting renewals, upsell opportunities, and contract discussions
- Tracking client KPIs, usage metrics, and satisfaction levels
- Troubleshooting issues and ensuring prompt, clear resolution
- Documenting client updates, notes, and next steps in CRM or internal systems
- Supporting onboarding, kick-off calls, and ongoing account health reviews
Required Qualities
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or customer experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple client relationships
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Comfortable working across cross-functional teams (sales, delivery, operations)
- Passionate about client experience and creating long-term value
