About the Digital Transformation Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualities & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • Master's degree or certifications (PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile) are a plus
  • Proven experience in digital transformation projects across business functions
  • Strong understanding of modern digital technologies and platforms
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholder influence
  • Experience in consulting or fractional executive roles is highly valued
  • Understanding of change management principles
