The Opportunity: Fractional Chief Growth Officer

We are actively seeking experienced Fractional Chief Growth Officers to provide strategic revenue leadership and deep expertise to a diverse portfolio of organizations. This role is ideal for analytical and creative leaders who are passionate about seamlessly connecting customer needs, product value, and business revenue streams. This opportunity is perfectly suited for seasoned growth executives with a demonstrated history of successfully designing Go-to-Market strategies, scaling user acquisition, and delivering measurable impact on the bottom line. Whether you have served as a CGO, Chief Revenue Officer, VP of Growth, or a strategy consultant with executive oversight, this position offers the flexibility to apply your expertise across multiple high-impact companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies aligned with overall business goals, emphasizing revenue acceleration, market expansion, and customer retention.
  • Unify Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial awareness to loyal advocacy.
  • Optimize the entire customer lifecycle (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) to maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and minimize Churn.
  • Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches or successful entry into new geographic markets and vertical segments.
  • Implement rigorous experimentation frameworks, including A/B testing and growth hacking methodologies, to identify scalable channels and effective tactics.
  • Analyze and optimize pricing strategies and business models to unlock new and sustainable revenue streams.
  • Build and mentor internal growth teams, cultivating a culture centered on data-driven decision-making and rapid iteration.
  • Establish critical growth metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), LTV, Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)/Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and Churn Rate to effectively measure success and ROI.
  • Advise the C-suite and board of directors on emerging market trends, competitive positioning strategies, and strategic growth investments.
  • Act as an executive thought partner to founders or CEOs, addressing scaling challenges, crafting compelling fundraising narratives, and advising on organizational design.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior growth leadership, revenue operations, or executive strategy role (CGO, CMO, CRO, or VP level).
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully scaling revenue and implementing growth loops that yielded measurable business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise spanning the full marketing funnel, sales operations, product-led growth (PLG) strategies, and customer success principles.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, advanced attribution modeling, and key financial metrics (including P&L management).
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership abilities, adept at aligning diverse teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) towards a singular "North Star" metric.
  • Strategic thinker possessing an agile, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience as a fractional, interim, or consulting executive is a significant advantage.
