Key Responsibilities

• Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive, high-impact dashboards.
• Data Modeling: Structure and clean raw data into usable datasets for reporting.
• KPI Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to standardize critical metrics.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Dive into data to answer high-priority business questions.
• Self-Service Enablement: Train non-technical teams to independently use BI tools.
• Data Governance: Ensure accuracy and consistency across reports.
• Performance Optimization: Tune SQL queries and dashboard performance for instant load times.

Required Qualities

• Proven experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Analytics Engineer.
• Expert-level proficiency in major BI visualization tools.
• Fluency in SQL and complex query writing.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes.
• Business acumen to understand the context behind numbers.
• Design sensibility for UI/UX, ensuring clean and intuitive dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills to translate data into plain English.
