Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach and relationship-building.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to target markets.
- Build sales pipelines and nurture high-value leads to conversion.
- Lead partnership development and strategic alliance efforts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, leadership) to align messaging and positioning.
- Analyze sales metrics and pipeline performance to refine strategies.
- Support fundraising, investor relations, or strategic planning initiatives as needed.
Key Qualities
We are looking for experienced business development professionals with proven expertise in generating leads, building pipelines, and closing deals. You should have a background in B2B or B2C environments, particularly in startups, SaaS, or professional services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are a must, along with the ability to work independently and provide immediate value. Experience with early-stage or scaling businesses is highly valued.
