About The Role

We’re seeking a Product Manager Specialty Pharmacy to lead our specialty pharmacy authorization initiatives. You will own the strategy and execution for how providers submit, track, and manage prior authorizations for specialty medications. Your work will streamline how providers secure timely approvals, directly impacting patient access to life-saving therapies.

What You’ll Do

  • Map pharmacy workflows by engaging with specialty pharmacies, providers, and payers.
  • Design better submissions for electronic prior authorization to reduce manual tasks.
  • Integrate clinical documentation including lab values and patient attestation.
  • Shape the roadmap translating payer rules and customer feedback.
  • Drive adoption from ideation to rollout with measurable improvements.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years in product management, especially in healthcare technology.
  • Customer-first mindset with clarity in complex workflows.
  • Technical fluency with NCPDP SCRIPT, X12 278, FHIR and integrations.
  • Strong communicator aligning diverse stakeholders.
  • Data-driven and proactive in tracking key metrics.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with specialty pharmacy operations or PBM systems.
  • Familiarity with Epic and pharmacy management platforms.
