About the AI Expert Empowerment Program
Break into the world of Artificial Intelligence, even if your background isn't in Computer Science. The AI Expert Empowerment Program offers students a unique opportunity to gain front-row experience in how AI models are evaluated, improved, and benchmarked. Instead of coding, you will be judging AI systems.
HumanJudge is dedicated to building the public accountability layer for AI, where genuine human expertise is used to benchmark model performance. Our current focus is on evaluating AI systems utilized for critical marketing functions such as strategy, copywriting, content creation, brand communication, persuasion, and messaging. Our mission is to ensure that AI-generated marketing content consistently meets real-world human standards.
What You’ll Do as an AI Expert Empowerment Program Intern
- Review prompts provided to AI marketing models.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs using predefined structured criteria.
- Vote pass/fail on outputs, providing clear justifications.
- Offer qualitative feedback grounded in your specific domain knowledge.
- Build a public expert profile showcasing your valuable evaluation contributions.
Your expert judgment will be integrated into a crucial human benchmark layer, instrumental in assessing AI systems.

Selection Process
- Register as a reviewer at HumanJudge's AI reviews portal.
- Sign in preferably using your school email address.
- Upload your Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Complete 30 AI evaluations as part of the initial screening phase.
Top candidates demonstrating exceptional judgment will be invited for a call with the HumanJudge founders. Selected fellows who progress to AI Expert Reviewer level will qualify for a personalized Letter of Recommendation.
