About the HR Business Partner Role
The HR Business Partner at Humani HR is the go-to person for multiple clients across various jurisdictions and industries. This role offers a dynamic environment where you will tackle complex people and culture issues by implementing customized solutions. The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of HR employment law, especially in states like California and New York, coupled with skills in client and project management, excellent communication, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR partner for multiple clients.
- Analyze client HR programs and design customized roadmaps.
- Ensure compliance with jurisdictional labour laws and standards.
- Develop and review HR policies, performance management processes, and compensation plans.
- Manage employee relations, provide coaching, and deliver HR training sessions.
- Spearhead HRIS implementation and review HR software processes.
- Attend virtual and in-person meetings with client executives and staff.

Who You Are
You have a minimum of 5+ years of HR business partnering experience and 2+ years managing HR team deliverables. A degree or diploma in HR and a professional HR designation are assets. You are self-motivated, creative, and detail-oriented with a passion for building HR systems from scratch.
