Program Delivery Lead - Part D Risk Adjustment at Humana
Join the Risk Adjustment Organization as a Part D Program Delivery Lead where you can use a creative mindset and your Medicare Risk Adjustment knowledge to implement Part-D related programs that deliver growth and improve member and provider experience. The Program Delivery Lead reports to the Director of Part-D Risk Adjustment and will collaborate with operational leaders and enterprise partners to develop and implement new and expanded go-to-market programs. We are looking for project and process management, strategic planning and independent decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the continuous improvement of Part D risk adjustment programs with focus on new PDP provider programs and expansion of Part D (MAPD) programs.
- Collaborate with risk adjustment, pharmacy, and enterprise leaders to improve existing programs.
- Develop next-generation initiatives to ensure Part D risk score documentation is timely, complete, and accurate. This will also promote appropriate follow-up care for members.
- Coordinate dependencies and manage inter-related efforts across multiple teams
- Establish and maintain structures for prioritizing, monitoring, reporting, and evaluating Part D-focused programs, pilots, and projects
- Support member and provider engagement with consideration to organizational goals
Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- 8 or more years of project management, program management or operations experience
- 2+ years of project leadership experience
- Experience with Medicare Advantage programs
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- History of communication across all organizational levels
- Past performance showing strong initiative and independent drive towards achieving objectives
- Experience creating impactful presentations and reports
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in business administration or a related field
- PMP certification
- Knowledge of interoperability assets, vendor management, and member and provider engagement
- Knowledge of pharmacy benefit delivery
Travel
While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$115,200 - $158,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
