About the Role
The Bilingual Supervisor, Care Management Support at Humana is a remote opportunity for candidates residing in Puerto Rico. This role provides leadership to non-clinical support staff working in the care management process for CarePlus members. The supervisor oversees 18-20 Care Management Support Assistants who help guide members and families to wellness resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee non-clinical call center operations for care management.
- Provide leadership to support team performance and accountability.
- Ensure members receive guidance and access to wellness resources.
- Manage scheduling, including call center hours and occasional weekend coverage.
Required Qualifications
Must reside in Puerto Rico, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and possess at least 2 years of Healthcare Call Center experience along with 2+ years of formal leadership experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools such as Zoom is required. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (including a language test) is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree, 6+ years of supervisory experience, proficiency with Microsoft Access, data analysis skills, and experience aligning business strategy are preferred.
Work-At-Home Requirements
Home employees must have a reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload), a dedicated workspace, and may be required to report to the Humana office in San Juan if backup is not available during outages.
Interview Process & Additional Details

This is a full-time role with scheduled 40 hours per week and call center operating hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
