Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality strategy analysis and insightful deliverables.
- Manage workstreams within high-profile strategy projects.
- Develop hypotheses backed by targeted research and analysis.
- Conduct interviews and working sessions with diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to craft strategic recommendations.
Job Impact
This role drives Medicare Advantage strategy development, synthesizes strategic and operational choices, and supports the transformation of analysis into execution. You will work closely with Humana’s executive Management Team, Board of Directors, and various business unit leaders to drive growth and profitability while enhancing member health outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2+ years of experience at a management consulting firm or 3+ years in a consulting role.
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a matrixed environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA, MPH, PhD, or graduate degree in a management field.
- Prior healthcare industry experience, preferably in managed care.
Additional Information
