Job Overview

HUMAN Security is seeking a Vice President, Global Partnerships & Alliances to lead the evolution of our global partner and alliances ecosystem. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this executive will own the strategy and execution of expanding HUMAN through diverse partnerships including resellers, technology alliances, media and agency partners, systems integrators, managed service providers, cloud platforms, and more.

What You’ll Do

You will develop and implement a comprehensive Partnerships & Alliances strategy aligned with HUMAN’s business objectives and growth targets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and grow strategic partner relationships.
  • Drive joint go-to-market strategies and co-selling motions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales for product integrations.
  • Create scalable programs generating alternative revenue approaches.
  • Nurture existing relationships balancing short-term and long-term value.
  • Partner with Sales to accelerate pipeline and deliver partner-sourced revenue.
  • Build and operationalize partner enablement globally.
  • Represent HUMAN at partner summits and industry events.
  • Lead, manage, and grow a high-performing Partnerships & Alliances team.

Who You Are

You bring 10–15 years of progressive experience in partnerships, alliances, or strategic business development within cybersecurity, enterprise software, or related tech markets. You have a proven track record in building diverse partner ecosystems and driving measurable revenue, with strong executive engagement skills and a strategic yet operational mindset. Willingness to travel up to 30% is required.
