About The Role
As the Website Marketing Manager at Human Interest, you will own the digital storefront performance with a focus on SEO and CRO. In this individual contributor role reporting to the Lead, Growth Marketing, you will manage technical updates, content publishing, and A/B testing while collaborating with cross-functional teams including content, engineering, PR, and partner marketing.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Optimize digital channels with SEO and CRO strategies.
- Manage website content updates and migration projects.
- Run A/B tests and perform funnel analysis.
- Collaborate with analytics tools like Amplitude and Google Analytics.
- Provide clear performance insights to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in digital marketing with SEO/CRO focus.
- Experience with tools such as Contentful, HubSpot, and SEMrush.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in A/B testing platforms like VWO or Optimizely.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
