About The Role: Senior Technical Program Manager, Money Movement

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, Money Movement, you will be the engine of trust and precision at the heart of our financial operations, mastering the flow of every dollar. You will ensure clients experience flawless, lightning-fast deposits and withdrawals, guaranteeing that every single penny is tracked with unyielding accuracy and total transparency. Beyond the core, you will engineer a powerful, self-service product that empowers our admins, participants, and operations teams, making the accurate processing of all financial inflows the trusted, effortless bedrock of our clients' financial freedom.

What You Get To Do Every Day

  • Collaborate closely with design, product management, and engineering to drive planning and execution across teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to execution by clarifying scope, removing blockers, and ensuring efficient communication between appropriate stakeholders.
  • Support and amplify teams by creating schedules, setting goals, and identifying milestones to ensure success at the individual project and team portfolio level.
  • Maintain team-level bookkeeping to ensure consistently efficient sprint-level operation.
  • Track and report progress of projects and goals in audience-appropriate ways.
  • Support the rhythm of the business by creating, driving, and optimizing processes related to planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Ensure longer-term strategic activities such as roadmap planning, resourcing, and cost management are successfully completed by teams.
  • Identify opportunities for increased efficiencies and impact.
  • Uphold a culture of focus, delivery, and accountability across the organization.

What you bring to the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication; adept at translating technical concepts into plain language that anyone can understand.
  • Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
  • 3+ years of Technical Program Management experience in a related industry.
  • Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience.
  • Experience working with cloud-based service-oriented architectures.
  • Proven record of building and delivering successful products.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Very strong ability to dive deeply into technical problems, and to explore & leverage data to find solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

At Human Interest, a number of factors determine the appropriate pay range for each position, including the cost of labor in various U.S. markets. The base salary for this position spans $200,000 - $220,000, representing the minimum in our lowest geographic region to a maximum in our highest geographic region. The salary offered to a new employee is based on their U.S. location, relevant job-related skills, and experience. Base salary is one component of the overall total rewards package; additional compensation components such as bonuses, commissions, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
