About the Role

The Revenue Compensation Analyst will calculate compensation payouts, design and test compensation plans, and implement compensation changes. You will perform detailed analysis, generate insights on compensation trends, and work both collaboratively and independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Revenue teams to drive plan improvements.
  • Manage commission plans and automate processes for timely payouts.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis on Revenue team performance and quota attainment.
  • Maintain quotas, manage ramp cycles, and communicate with sales leaders.
  • Support process improvements and troubleshoot commission issues.

What You Bring to the Role

You will have at least 3 years of experience in sales or incentive compensation plans, strong data analysis skills, and proficiency in spreadsheets and data manipulation. Experience with Salesforce, CaptivateIQ or similar software is a plus. Excellent communication and organizational skills are required, with the ability to work in a dynamic, frequently changing environment.

About the Team

You will work directly with the Revenue Compensation Manager and another analyst in a small, close-knit team. This role involves both independent work and collaboration with various departments including sales and HR.

Compensation and Benefits
