About The Role

The Program Manager People Strategy & Innovation supports the People Team and Head of People. Acting as a strategic partner, program leader, and operational backbone, you will drive initiatives across Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience, and People Operations. Your main focus will include increasing efficiency with agile practices and leveraging AI tools for process optimization.

This role reports directly to the Head of People.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Define and drive annual and quarterly strategic priorities, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
  • Operational Rhythm: Manage operating cadence including all-hands, team offsites, leadership meetings, and QBRs.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Maintain vendor relationships and ensure service level agreements are met.
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Lead high-priority projects from inception to completion, managing resources and timelines.
  • Process Documentation: Develop and maintain operating procedures, project roadmaps, and knowledge repositories.
  • AI Integration & Process Optimization: Champion the adoption of AI tools to automate HR tasks and streamline processes.
  • Data & Insights: Collaborate on data visualization and reporting tools to drive strategic decision-making.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in program management, operations, or strategic roles, ideally within startups.
  • Strong strategic and operational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Experience leading organizational change and managing ambiguity.
  • Interest and experience in leveraging AI to drive business efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with data visualization tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or Tableau.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range: $135,000 - $150,000. Comprehensive benefits include a great 401(k) with employer match, top-tier health insurance, generous time off, work-from-home stipend, and more.
