About the Role - Inside Sales Representative

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a pioneering member of our inside sales team, responsible for creating a sales pipeline of small businesses and introducing our 401(k) retirement plan. You are the first point of contact, educating prospects about the value of Human Interest’s offerings.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Utilize active listening to uncover customer needs.
  • Manage full cycle deals from inception to close.
  • Build and manage a high-volume sales pipeline.
  • Engage target companies and close new business.
  • Use Salesforce.com and other sales tools effectively.

Requirements

  • Documented success in meeting/exceeding targets.
  • Sales and/or SaaS experience with CRM like Salesforce.com.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong analytical abilities.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Highly motivated and ready to grow in your sales career.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of closing experience.
  • Experience with 401K, Payroll, or HCM products.

Location & Work Arrangement

This role is based in our Lindon, Utah office. You will work in-office four days a week (Monday-Thursday) with remote work permitted on Fridays.

Compensation & Benefits

The On Target Earnings (OTE) are approximately $93,000 - $95,000 including a base hourly pay of $25.50 - $26.45 and a variable target of $40,000. Benefits include a competitive 401(k) plan with employer match, top health plans, dental, vision, paid time off, stock option grants, and additional wellness programs.
